Gratitude Is Good Medicine

— Holidays over.

— Sunset at 5:00pm.

— Already broke my New Year’s resolutions.

— Feet stay cold no matter how many pairs of socks I wear.

It’s easy for winter blues to set in.

But when I begin to list my blessings and say out loud that I’m thankful for them, the blues begin to lift.

And expressing gratitude throughout each day is a great medicine to perk up my spirit.

Even if my feet are still cold, I’m grateful I have socks and blankets and heat in my home to keep trying to get them warm. 😉

What helps you beat the winter blues? And what are you grateful for?
